Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of C-CAR168 in multiple sclerosis (MS), Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD), Autoimmune Encephalitis (AE) and 1 more, sponsored by Huashan Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of Adverse Events at 24 months and Subsequent recommended dose of C-CAR168 at 24 months. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
