Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of Gynoflor in Preterm labor (PTL) (2 arms), sponsored by Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital. Primary endpoint: Rate of pregnancy prolongation beyond 7 days after initiation of tocolytic therapy. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
