Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of WGb-0301 in autoimmune disease, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) and 2 more (2 arms), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoints: Dose Limiting Toxicity at 90 days and Maximum Tolerated Dose or Optimal Biological Dose at 2 years. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
