Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of dornase alfa in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), sponsored by Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. Primary endpoint: Safety and tolerability of CLS-015 in combination with anti CD19 CAR T therapy at 2 years. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
