Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of in vivo CD19-targeted CAR-T mRNA-LNP therapy in autoimmune diseases, immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) and 2 more (2 arms), sponsored by Xinqiao Hospital. Primary endpoints: Dose Limiting Toxicity at 28 days and Maximum Tolerated Dose at 2 years. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
