Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) and intraoperative hemorrhage comparing Topical Tranexamic Acid (TXA) Group with Placebo (Normal Saline) Group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Uterine closure time and Number of additional hemostatic sutures. Started Jul 2026; status: recruiting.
