Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of FAP immunosuppressive CAR-DC in cardiogenic shock and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) (2 arms), sponsored by Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicity at 14 days and Treatment-emergent adverse events at 14 days. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
