Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of CD19/BAFF-R in vivo CAR-T in B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and B cell lymphoma, sponsored by Qideng Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: Safety of CD19/BAFF-R in vivo CAR-T cell therapy at 1 month and Efficacy of CD19/BAFF-R in vivo CAR-T cell therapy at 3 months. Planned start Jun 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
