Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of GT719 in IgA nephropathy (IgAN), membranous nephropathy (MN), Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV) and 3 more, sponsored by Grit Biotechnology. Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at 24 Months, Changes in vital signs at 1 Month and 3 more. Planned start Aug 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
