Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial in gastrointestinal neoplasms, genitourinary cancer, thoracic cancer and 2 more (2 cohorts), sponsored by Indiana University. Primary endpoints: Change in plasma concentrations from drug exposure during ICI therapy at day 84, Toxicity concentrations for CYP/transporter substrate drugs in plasma at day 84 and 1 more.
