Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of anti-CD19/BCMA CAR T-cells in Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD), multiple sclerosis (MS), myasthenia gravis (MG) and 2 more, sponsored by Tianjin Huanhu Hospital. Primary endpoints: Dose-Limiting Toxicity at 28 days and Adverse Events at 90 days. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
