Overview
Phase 3, randomised trial of alpha-lipoic acid and omega-3 fatty acid in knee osteoarthritis (OA) (4 arms), sponsored by Badr University in Cairo. Primary endpoints: Visual Analog Scale at 12 weeks and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index at 12 weeks. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
