Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in Post-mastectomy pain syndrome (PMPS) comparing Pregabalin + Placebo, Pregabalin + Amantadine and Pregabalin + Duloxetine (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Rate of occurrence of post mastectomy pain syndrome at 12 weeks. Started Feb 2026; status: recruiting.
