Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of DNAJB1-PRKACA peptide vaccine and sirpiglenastat in fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FLHCC), sponsored by Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Number of participants experiencing grade 3 or above drug-related toxicities at 4 years and Objective Response Rate at 4 years. Started Oct 2026; status: recruiting.
