Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of ticagrelor, aspirin, clopidogrel, rosuvastatin and ezetimibe in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and coronary artery disease (CAD) (4 arms), sponsored by Yonsei University. Primary endpoints: Major or Clinically-Relevant Non-Major Bleeding (OPACT-P) at 1 year and Major Adverse Cardiac Events (OPACT-L) at 3 years. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
