Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of dexmedetomidine in Alzheimer's disease (AD) (4 arms), sponsored by Applied Cognition. Primary endpoints: Mean change from baseline in plasma Aβ42/Aβ40 ratio following dexmedetomidine treatment at 4 hours, Mean change from baseline in plasma Aβ42/Aβ40 ratio following dexmedetomidine and midodrine treatment at 4 hours and 2 more.
