Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial comparing Psilocybin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Endocannabinoid Levels (2 AG, 2 OG, AEA, OEA, PEA) at 7 days and Tryptophan Pathway Metabolites (Trp, Kyn, Kyn/Trp*1000, 5 HT) at 7 days. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
