Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of cetuximab biosimilar RPH-002 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) (2 arms), sponsored by R-Pharm. Primary endpoints: Area under the pharmacokinetic curve 'concentration-time' of cetuximab at 168 hours and Proportion of patients with adverse drug reactions of any severity.
