Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of YTS-109 in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis (dcSSc), idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM) and 3 more, sponsored by Children's Hospital of Fudan University. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 12 weeks, Efficacy outcomes for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus at 24 weeks and 5 more.
