Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) comparing Cenegermin with Vehicle (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Achievement of >= 15 letter increase in Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA) at 24 weeks. Started Jul 2026; status: recruiting.
