Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of liposomal curcumin in multiple myeloma (MM) (4 arms), sponsored by University Health Network. Primary endpoints: Number of participants who experience Grade 4 neutropenia lasting more than 10 days despite use of growth factors at 2 years, Number of participants who experience Grade 3 or 4 Febrile neutropenia lasting more than 10 days at 2 years and 4 more. Started Feb 2026; status: recruiting.
