Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of [99mTc]Tc-HYNIC-FAPI in lung cancer, pancreatic cancer (PC), breast cancer and 1 more, sponsored by Tomsk National Research Medical Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Primary endpoints: Gamma camera-based whole-body [99mTc]Tc-HYNIC-FAPI uptake value at 24 hours, SPECT/CT-based [99mTc]Tc-HYNIC-FAPI value in tumor lesions at 6 hours and 2 more.
