Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of cofrogliptin in latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA) (2 arms), sponsored by The Second Xiangya Hospital. Primary endpoint: Change From Baseline in 2-hour Mixed-Meal Tolerance Test (MMTT) C-peptide Area Under the Curve (AUC) at 52 weeks. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
