Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of cordyceps cicadae mycelium in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) (2 arms), sponsored by Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. Primary endpoints: Sphingolipid levels at 9 months and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Functional Rating Scale-Revised at 9 months. Planned start Apr 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
