Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of ropeginterferon alfa-2b in myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm (MDS/MPN), chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) and Atypical chronic myeloid leukemia (aCML), sponsored by UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Overall response up to 24 months and Incidence of adverse events up to 24 months. Planned start Jan 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
