Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of IL13Rα2 CAR-T cells secreting anti-PD-L1 antibody in malignant glioma, sponsored by Tongxu County Ming Yang Industrial. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Grade 3 or Higher Treatment-Related Adverse Events at 28 days and Progression-Free Survival at 2 years. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
