Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of DIT101 in hematologic malignancy, B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LBL), sponsored by Tcelltech GmbH. Primary endpoints: Incidence and severity of adverse events at 2 years and Incidence of Dose Limiting Toxicity at 28 days. Planned start Apr 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
