Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of delgocitinib in central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia (CCCA) and lichen planopilaris (LPP) (2 arms), sponsored by Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Primary endpoints: Changes in IFNγ in CA scalp at 36 weeks, Changes in CCL5 in CA scalp at 36 weeks and 2 more. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
