Randomised, open-label trial of bisoprolol, valsartan, sacubitril + valsartan and dapagliflozin in Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TCM) (6 arms), sponsored by University of Edinburgh. Primary endpoint: Left ventricular myocardial manganese uptake at 2 years. Started Aug 2025; status: recruiting.
