Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in myasthenia gravis (MG) comparing Povetacicept with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent change in Total Immunoglobulin G (IgG) at Week 12 and Safety and Tolerability as Assessed by Number of Participants with Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) at Week 116. Started May 2026; status: active, not recruiting.
