Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of VRP-034 in Gram-negative bacterial infection (4 cohorts), sponsored by Venus Remedies. Primary endpoint: Geometric Mean of Fold Changes From Baseline in Six Urinary Kidney Injury Biomarkers (CLU, CysC, KIM-1, NAG, NGAL, OPN) at 48 hours.
