Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of YKST02 in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of Dose-Limiting Toxicities at 35 days and Incidence of Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at 49 weeks. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
