Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and Functional abdominal bloating (FAB) comparing Rifaximin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Bloating responder rate at 2 weeks. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
