Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of estradiol vaginal cream in genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) (3 arms), sponsored by Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Primary endpoint: Change in the vaginal microbiome (bacteria) as defined by the change in alpha diversity at 16 weeks. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
