Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of budesonide in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), sponsored by St. Paul's Sinus Centre. Primary endpoints: Sinonasal inflammatory cytokine concentrations at 6 months, Sinonasal histopathological score at 6 months and 1 more. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
