Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of gemcitabine and paclitaxel in Pancreatic cystic neoplasm, sponsored by The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital. Primary endpoints: Number of participants with greater than 90% reduction in cyst volume at 12 months, Number of participants with > 50% to < 90% reduction in cyst volume at 12 months and 1 more. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
