Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of liposomal amphotericin b in chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA) (2 arms), sponsored by Radboud University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Amount of AmBisome deposited in the lungs at day 14, Amount of AmBisome in the lungs compared to the blood concentrations at day 14 and 1 more. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
