Randomised, open-label trial of guselkumab in plaque psoriasis (2 arms), sponsored by Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Psoriasis Area and Severity Index 90 Response at 86 weeks, Investigator's Global Assessment Score of Cleared (0) or Minimal (1) at 86 weeks and 9 more.
