Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of EGFR/IL13Rα2 pool-CAR T cells in glioblastoma (GBM) and astrocytoma, sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events at 15 years and Maximum tolerated dose at 5 years. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
