Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of pregabalin and naproxen in acute pain (6 arms), sponsored by National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in pain intensity after cold pressor test at 8 hours, Change from baseline in pain intensity for allodynia (soft brush) after first heat/capsaicin pain model application at 8 hours and 3 more. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
