Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of ivarmacitinib in atopic dermatitis (AD), sponsored by Peking University People's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Eczema Area and Severity Index 75% improvement at 16 weeks and Worst-Itch Numeric Rating Scale improvement of >=4 at 16 weeks. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
