Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of zorifertinib in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and leptomeningeal metastasis (LM), sponsored by Cancer Institute and Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Primary endpoint: Response Assessment in Neuro-Oncology Leptomeningeal Metastases criteria up to 3 years. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
