Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in hypertension (HTN) and hypercholesterolemia comparing Amlodipine + Ezetimibe/Rosuvastatin, Amlodipine + Placebo and Ezetimibe/Rosuvastatin + Placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent Change From Baseline in Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol at 8 weeks and Change From Baseline in Mean Sitting Systolic Blood Pressure at 8 weeks.
