Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of enfortumab vedotin in muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) (2 arms), sponsored by Astellas Pharma. Primary endpoints: Bladder-intact Event Free Survival by Blinded Independent Central Review at 45.5 months and Overall Survival at 60 months. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
