Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, without epinephrine and methylprednisolone injection in migraine and medication overuse headache (MOH) (2 arms), sponsored by Mahidol University. Primary endpoint: Percentage of patients with Medication Overuse Headache at 3 months. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
