Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of retlirafusp alfa in gastric adenocarcinoma and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital. Primary endpoint: Incidence of dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) and adverse events (AEs) at 9 weeks. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
