Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of CRPA1A2 in lung cancer, esophageal cancer, head and neck cancer (HNC) and 1 more (3 arms), sponsored by CorreGene. Primary endpoints: Dose-Limiting Toxicities at 28 days, Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 30 months and 3 more. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
