Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in calciphylaxis (CUA) comparing EPN-701 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in pain intensity at 24 weeks and Change in total calciphylaxis lesion(s) surface area at 24 weeks. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
