Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of NCP-CD47 siRNA in solid tumor, sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoints: Dose-Limiting Toxicities at 9 weeks and Treatment discontinuation due to treatment-related adverse events at 9 weeks. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
