Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of olmesartan + dapagliflozin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and hypertension (HTN) (3 arms), sponsored by Autotelic Bio. Primary endpoints: Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration of Olmesartan, Area Under the Plasma Concentration-Time Curve From Time Zero to the Last Quantifiable Concentration of Olmesartan and 2 more.
